第三站 2018.08.20 義診地點在金邊贊德郊區社區內。約莫中午時分由本會常務理事李建興醫師率領由北醫組成之第二醫療團隊，包括翁仕明醫師，葉旻峻醫師, 穆怡芳藥師及醫護志工等一行共十五人抵達柬國後，立刻風塵僕僕轉往義診地點與第一醫療團隊會合並馬上加入義診行列，愛人不落人後之精神令人欽佩。
The 3rd free medical mission on 2018.08.20 was organized at Zhang-De rural community nearby Phenom Penh. Around noon time, APCMGU’s 2nd Medical Team of 15 persons from Taipei Medical University (TMU) led by Dr. Jian-Sing Li, including Dr. Shih-Ming Weng, Dr. Min-Chun Yeh, Pharmacist Yi-Fang Mu and serval medical and nursing volunteers arrived at Phenom Penh and immediately moved to Zhang-De community to offer their services. Such active and benevolent spirits are truly impressive and admirable to all.
